Mark learned early how to navigate overwhelming adversity. His mother’s struggle with addiction created a turbulent childhood, and at age 12, a tragic car accident involving Mark took her life. Overcome with guilt, he spiraled into depression and anxiety.

But he refused to let his circumstances define him. By 17, he had earned his pilot’s license. By 18, his real estate license. At 19, he bought his first home. At 20, he launched a development company and became a millionaire. At 21, he was recognized as a top agent.

Then, life dealt another blow. The 2008 market crash wiped out his fortune. Still reeling, at 25, his father passed away suddenly from a heart attack. Seeking escape, he drifted between Tahoe and Maui, numbing the pain with substances—until a near-fatal accident doctors said he shouldn’t have survived changed everything.

Determined to reclaim his life, Mark moved to San Francisco, embraced full recovery, and rebuilt himself from the ground up. With no contacts, he broke into one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets. Told he would fail, he proved them wrong—selling $23 million in his second year while earning an MBA with a 4.0 GPA.

His momentum only grew. As Senior Sales Manager for a top national brokerage, he scaled his office from $300M to $2B in under two years—leading it to #1 nationally. Promoted to Director of Management Strategy, he mentored over 300 Sales Managers across the country, driving leadership, hypergrowth, and negotiation excellence.
